- 1949 - Prenger's Inc. was founded by Leo Prenger in Yorkshire, Ohio.
- 1997 - Miami Valley Dairy Supply, in Lebanon Ohio, was acquired to expand services to Southwest Ohio and Southeast Indiana.
- 1999 - Michigan Dairy Systems was added to provide additional services in Central and Southern Michigan.
- 2003 - Territory grew to include parts of Northern Kentucky.
- 2007 - Additional territory was gained in Eastern Indiana
- 2008 - Houle was added to equipment line for our Lebanon (Southern Ohio) Territory
- 2009 - Store opens in Bad Axe, Michigan
- 2009 - Bad Axe store moves to an improved location in Cass City, Michigan
- 2009 - Lely Robotic Milkers added to equipment line
Currently, Prenger's, Inc services over 1300 dairy farms through five locations:

- Fowler, Michigan
- Coldwater, Michigan
- Cass City, Michigan
- Prenger's Inc, also has a highly trained specialized parlor layout and installation team.
- We have the ability and expertise to build and service large parlor installations.
- We offer a full line of water conditioners and service.
- We also offer full 24 hour emergency service on refrigeration and dairy equipment.
